Our services are tailored towards individuals who need care, monitoring, and oversight as needed rather day or night. We provide services to adults 18 and older who are diagnosed with a care need and/or disability regardless of race, religion, social status, gender, physical/and or mental challenges.

Our experienced and highly trained providers extend the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.

Adult Day Services are offered in a non-residential professional setting in which our clients receive individualized therapeutic, social, and healthcare services.Modern amenities such as TV, WiFi, and computer access are available. We offer video games, meal prep classes, entertainment and weekly community outings.  

Shared living is offered in residential homes and provide private rooms, assistance with nutritious meal prep, housekeeping,onsite laundry services, medication assistance, scheduling of medical appointments, community outings and more.

Respite is offered on emergency and non-emergency basis as needed in residential settings.

American Heart Association First Aid, BLS and CPR classes are provided on site. 

Homemaker Personal Care services offer assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, bed re-positioning, transferring, and any care specified by the ISP (individual service plan). 

Transportation services are offered to and from adult day services or used for the purposes of shopping, banking, getting to and from work, and similar activities.
